Why France produce the most world Cup players? What it holds for community

There is a video on the topic on Channel VOX on YouTube which describes how franch had produced most world Cup players. In 2018 world cup 50 player that played were born in France. Brazil has second Highest that's is 28, which is a significant difference. France has been a leader in terms of players and coaches since 2002 and is on the rise. Between 1960 to 1974 France was unable to clear for 3 World cups and 3 European championships. Then Franch football federation(FFF) decided to get the way better was to create a national structure for developing talent, so it established on of the Europe's first football academy system in 1972 a national training center was opened in Vichy,and four years later Federation worked with top French football clubs to set up wider network to recruit and train local youth. By the  1990 this Franch soccer system was one of the in the world- developing talented players all over the France and system delivered results( in 1998 France won the world Cup).

So you can see the similarity Rancho Community will work as networking between different. This community is fouced in networking between talent all over India and creating best tech club, entrepreneurs community in the world. So by 2047 we can accomplished what France did in term of soccer.
